| Starting on 09 May, Italy turns Pink with one of Bicycling's biggest races the Giro. This year the race will start in Venice and it the glamor of this city is not enough, Lance Armstrong will be competing as well. The larger mountain stages are where the big crowds show up to watch. However, there are several good stages with alot of climbing like stage 7 and 11 to catch some good action and not having to fight the crowds. | |
